The small brush is a bristle clothes brush, handmade in the UK by Crossman Crafts. They run about $50 aussie and worth it to me.

The larger brush is made of Sri Lankan plantation materials and cost $2 from the Reject Shop. I'm not an expert on medieval brushes, but I believe that once the brand is sanded off it would not raise an eyebrow in the fourteenth century.

Want an all-round scrubbing brush to clean home, hearth, tent and boot alike? Get ye to ye Reject Shoppe.
